Chiropractic is founded upon the vitalistic principle that the body is a self-healing organism.
Chiropractors locate, analyze, and adjust misaligned areas of the spine to achieve optimal nervous system function.
The objective of the chiropractic adjustment is to reduce stress to the nervous system caused by spinal and cranial misalignments. This allows the body to improve its potential to heal and perform at an optimal level.

Most people first see chiropractors for neck pain, headaches, migraines, jaw pain, disc issues, upper and lower back pain, scoliosis and issues with posture and balance (such as falls risk in the elderly). Our chiropractors are also able to offer advice and management for conditions with the shoulders, arms, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, legs, knees, ankles and feet.
Additionally, Dr. Hayden Nadolny (Chiropractor) is trained in the diagnosis and management of concussion.

Our chiropractors are trained in a variety of different adjustment techniques which they can adapt to patients of all ages. This ranges from gentle, lower force techniques such as Activator and Sacro-Occipital Technique through to manual Diversified adjustments and Cox-traction.
We also offer concussion testing & rehabilitation, neuro-structural rehabilitative exercises, low level laser therapy and animal chiropractic.

An adjustment will not typically hurt. A very small number of patients may experience mild soreness after the first adjustment when we correct misalignments that have been present for months or even years! This is akin to being sore the first time after starting an exercise program. We also offer a variety of adjusting styles to suit you from gentle, low-force to manual Diversified adjustments.
-
The number and frequency of adjustments vary from person to person. Your chiropractor will tailor your care plan specifically to you in order to achieve your health goals. Most people sense some progress within a week or two of commencing care, though it may take longer if the problem has been longstanding. As supporting muscles and ligaments heal, the frequency of adjustments may decrease. Cases of long-term spinal neglect may require adjustments over many months or years.

As long as you are putting stress on your spine, you will need to do something about it!
Chiropractic is a lifestyle choice. When patients notice how great they feel after getting adjusted, they want to continue to stay healthy for life.
